Build #6 - Fixed 10 bugs + ui improvements


Added a UI element to highlight cards you can afford to play

Fixed 10 bugs:

1) "starter" cards show up in card rewards
2) "curses" show up in card rewards
3) energy need to reset at the start of a new room
4) hand and deck need to reset at the start of a new room
5) you can "end turn" between fights to cycle your hand
6) after loading a new room, the state variable is null and phase init is messed up
7) "pick a new card" button should disappear after you've selected a reward
8) nothing happens when you beat the boss -- it should show your final score
9) you can click and drag cards that you could not actually afford to play
10) you can accidentally click "close rewards" and are unable to re-open it again -- we should change the button to "show map" and allow the user to continue to see the rewards. close rewards on new room load.
